Eyelash Extensions

-I've never had lash extensions, what can I expect?
1. Please arrive to the appointment with clean eyes, free of makeup + mascara. Any residue from makeup, lotions, or serums will cause the extensions to fall off prematurely.
2. Dress comfortably as you will be lying down with your eyes close for approx 1.5-2 hours to complete your full set.
3. Have inspiration photos to show your lash artist! This helps guide us to know exactly what look you are going for, especially if you are unsure if you want classic, hybrid, or volume lashes!

-How long do lash extensions last?
Your new lashes will last between 2 to 4 weeks depending on your lifestyle, skincare routine, and your own natural lash life cycle. To maintain the full look of your lashes, it will require you to maintain refills every 2-3 weeks.
*Lash shedding is a natural and healthy part of the hair growth process and should not be cause for alarm—yes, even with lash extensions!*

-Can I wear makeup with my lash extensions?
Yes, most eyeshadow powders and eyeliners are fine to use, however, certain gel liners may be too heavy for the lash extensions. Be careful not to get too much product on your lash extensions. While we recommend not using any mascara on volume lashes and only for certain occasions with classic lashes, you must only apply water based mascara. DO NOT USE OIL-BASED OR WATER-PROOF MASCARA. Waterproof mascara and any type of oil based mascara dissolves the bonding agent of the extensions and causes them to fall out sooner. Also, take care in washing off all eye makeup. Only use a water based eye makeup remover. If needed, you can purchase a lash extension safe mascara and cleanser at our studio.

-How do I care for my lash extensions?
1. Use oil free makeup remover
2. Do not excessively touch, rub your eyes, or pull on lashes
3. Brush/Clean lashes daily!
4. Sleep on your back
5. For 24 hours avoid water, heat, facial services and tanning beds. When receiving a facial, ask for damp
cotton rounds or tanning goggles to be placed over your lashes.

-What happens if my eyelash extensions fall off?
First, ensure that when you notice lash extensions coming off, check if they're attached to your natural lashes. If they are, it's likely part of your natural lash cycle or shedding process. Next, ensure you're following the proper aftercare instructions provided. If neither of these reasons seems to apply, please inform us promptly. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we're committed to delivering excellent services. We'll take every step to address your concerns and ensure your happiness!

-What happens if I get a reaction to the adhesive?
If you suspect an allergy, book a patch test. Keep in mind, some reactions may occur after a full set despite a negative patch test. Most reactions appear 48-72 hours post-service. REFUNDS ARE NOT PROVIDED FOR ALLERGIC REACTIONS. If a reaction arises, you'll need to arrange and cover the cost of extension removal.
