Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to us at Love Your Look Beauty Studio.  The appointment is reserved especially for you <3

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary and life can be a little unpredictable.  Therefore, we respectfully request that you provide us with at least 24 Hours Notice for cancellations.  Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving us enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time.

Because we reserve our appointments for you personally, appointments will now be held with a credit card stored on file.  Text and E-mail alerts will be sent out to you 48 hours in advance.  If requested notice is not provided, 

a 50% cancellation fee will be applied to scheduled services. 

**Full Set Lash Appointments require

 48 hours cancellation notice since they are longer appointments.

Late Appointments

If you show up late to an appointment, we will use whatever time we have left remaining in your scheduled appointment time to get your appointment accomplished the best we can.  You will still be charged for the full service.  If you arrive too late and we are not able to start the appointment, we will have to reschedule you, and you will be charged 50% no show/cancellation fee for the scheduled time that was missed.
